Are You Adaptable Enough In Your Job?
Business Insider has an article covering an interview with Seth Godin. Seth posits that “if you’re an average worker, you’re going straight to the bottom.” Workers today need to be adaptable, because companies need to be adaptable and they need their workers to be able to change with the business. If you’ve been paying attention to what is happening with the job market and business in general, this should not be a surprise to you. As workers, we need to constantly work to adapt and also to improve ourselves in preparation for the next challenge. Are YOU working to prepare for the next challenge?
